NIGERIA- It’s now about sixty six days since President Muhammadu Buhari went on the U.K. trip dated May 07, on medical basis for an ailment which remain oblivious to Nigerians. He was last spotted in Nigeria before this elongated trip on March 10, for which he spent fifty one days in a London apartment, before the May 07 return. He was last heard in a Sallah audio, which underscored his grave illness. The last time citizens heard, in writing, from the President was in his tribute to Sule Maitama.
His wife, Mrs. Aisha Buhari recently returned on her visit to the president, in which she dropped the bombshell of the impending extermination of the hyenas and jackals as she disclosed that President Buhari was getting healthier and not in a dying state, contrary to the proclamations of ill wishers.
According to reports from the Presidency, as announced by the spokesman, Prof Yemi Osinbajo’s is for a meeting with the president. The spokesman to the Acting President, Laolu Akande, disclosed that Osinbajo will be meeting with the president in London for the first time. He however added that the acting president would be back to Abuja, once the meeting is concluded.
