Hon. Olalekan AbdulRasheed Afolabi of Ifelodun, Boripe and Odo-Otin Federal Constituency, State of Osun has  urged Nigerians and Muslims across the globe to continue their show of kindness after even Ramadan.

Hon Afolabi said this while congratulating Muslim faithful in his federal constituency, Osun and Nigeria at large on the successful completion of the 30-day fasting in the holy month of Ramadan, 1441 AH.

Hon. Afolabi urges Muslims to continue with the good deeds and spiritual activities after the glorious month of Ramadan.

“This year Ramadan was a challenging one because of the restrictions and other sacrifices that are associated with it.

“The kind of religious understanding, general observation of fasting in line with Covid-19 preventive measures and good human relations to each other both in cash and kinds gave birth to a peaceful atmosphere throughout.

“It is a pride to all and must be sustained even after Ramadan. Collective humanitarian activities shouldn’t be in Ramadan alone,” Hon. Afolabi stated.

Asoju Rere as fondly called by his people further urged his constituents to celebrate with moderation with families and friends by avoiding large gatherings and social meetings in order to continue to guard against communities spread of  Covid-19 pandemic.

The Ikirun-born accountant turned politician wished everyone happy Eidul-fitr and prayed for acceptance of all their prayers, supplications and charities during the holy month of Ramadan.
