Indian military helicopter faces a terrific air crash-five officers died
Arunachal Pradesh: On Friday October, 6th 2017 morning, in the north eastern state of India, a military helicopter faced an air crash which results into the death of five people, two soldiers were still missing.
It had been told that that incident happened when the Mi-17 V5 helicopter went on its regular training carrying senior officers; the pilot reported the control office about the serious injury.
Mi-17 V5 was acquired by the Indian force from Russia.
The helicopter faced an air crash at 6:00 am according to the local time on his regular mission, the senior official declared the death of five officers at 8:00 am.
According to the Indian Military official report, nearly 170 helicopters had been facing that kind of incidents since 2016.
However, Government replaced many new helicopters by old one.
Rescue teams, ambulances and doctors all reached on the spot in Tawang near the India-China border.
All the injured officials had been admitted to the nearby local hospital in emergency ward, where they all died except two officers who were still missing.
However, Mi-17 V-5 is considered to be most sophisticated and reliable helicopters for transport, but it met an incident.
Indian government has been paying millions of dollars for new helicopters but they didn’t receive any new helicopter yet.
