Ukraine government shows readiness for peace walk and talk

The peace movement in Eastern part of Ukraine gained momentum, the Defense Minister stated, “Peace in Ukraine is goal of four-nation talks.”

The Peace Meeting that was held in Berlin with leaders of Germany, France, Russia and Ukraine announced plans for four-way talks this week.

The proposed meeting was telephonic in the Belarusian capital of Minsk between German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.

Last September, they were agreed to end the war that had killed more than 5,300 people according to UN estimates.

United Nations aimed on Ukraine peace, but for that sake he never came up to negotiation table.

Previously during the reign of Barak Obama, he refused to send weapons to Ukraine despite fears of triggering a proxy war between Washington and Moscow.

“It’s a fortuitous coincidence that Merkel is going to Washington and whatever she does, US will be informed,” Director of the German Institute for International and Security Officer  Volker Perthes said.
