Tyson Fury, WBC heavyweight champion has mapped out the next phase of his career.

While disclosing this on Thursday May 14, 2020, he declared his readiness to go into the ring again with Deontay Wilder and a host of other heavyweight contenders such as Anthony Joshua with whom he wanted to have two fights, Daniel Dubois, and Dillian Whyte.

After he knocked down Wilder in February, Wilder had challenged Fury to another fight. There have been speculations that Wilder has requested Fury to pay him $2million to step aside from the fight. This idea was not well received by Fury as he said he would rather engage Wilder in another bout.

“I’ll beat him in the ring. I wouldn’t pay him $2million to step aside. I’d rather give him another battering,” Fury said.

“I’m gonna take him out again for the third time, hopefully at the end of the year, and then we’re gonna go into 2021 for the biggest fight in boxing history,” he added.

Fury also said he would take on Anthony Joshua to compete for the gold as they both are two British heavyweights.

“Two British heavyweights, me and AJ, and we’re gonna battle it out for all the gold,” said Fury.

Fury’s announcement of his going into several bouts with other heavyweight contenders shows he had had a change of mind over his previous decision to retire after fighting Top Rank contract in three more fights.

“I’ve been thinking about it and initiallyI had three fights left on my contract, I’ve got two fights left on it now, Wilder and Joshua,” he said.

As he is just 31 years old, Fury sees the need to keep fighting as he is still fit and strong so that he could make a good use of his life.

“I’m 31 years old, fit as a fiddle, in great mental spirits, I train every day three/four times for bants, what else am I gonna do with my life?”

“There’s plenty of fighters out there for me to beat up on. You’ve got Dillian Whyte, Jarrell Miller, Kubrat Pulev, Andy Ruiz Jr, Luis Ortiz, Daniel Dubois, Joe Joyce, there’s loads,” Fury added giving the list of the contenders he has had his eyes on.
