Pakistani travelers deported from Madinah airport over biometric forgery
Two Pakistani individuals were sent back from Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah after attempting to enter Saudi Arabia using forged biometric data.
The deportation followed legal actions against the passengers who had previously violated residency and work regulations.
In a related development, the General Directorate of the Border Guard, as part of the Ministry of Interior’s mobile exhibition, issued a warning against aiding individuals in violation of border security regulations. The exhibition showcased modern technologies employed for monitoring border security and highlighted penalties for those involved in facilitating entry, movement, shelter, or providing assistance to violators.
Security authorities are encouraging citizens and residents to confidentially report any information regarding residency or border security violations, as well as activities related to drug smuggling or trafficking.
