To counter the current New York juvenile delinquency trajectory, let the kids who commit violent crimes be sent to military boot-camps, and their parents (in most cases useless adults in their lives) do the time in prisons. This will immediately reduced the population of Rikers Island and other jails, at the same time drug dealers and ambulance-chasers will be hiring bankruptcy lawyers from public defenders. ‪#‎thepeacecounty‬
