Queen Elizabeth appoints new ambassador

Reports reaching from the United Kingdom has it that, a new Ambassador has been appointed to serve Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. Mr Barry Lowen has been appointed Ambassador to the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria. He will be replacing Mr Andrew Nobel who is reportedly taking up another Diplomatic assignment.

The report reads that: “Mr Barry Lowen has been appointed Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria in succession to Mr Andrew Noble who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment.”

In the report from the United Kingdom Foreign and Commonwealth Office, as published on the Africa Newsroom website, it is further stated that Mr Barry Lowen will commence service as Ambassador in November 2017.

“Mr Lowen will take up his appointment in November 2017,” the report disclosed.

While Mr Barry Lowen receives congratulatory messages on his new appointment, Mr Andrew Nobel looks forward to his new appointments.
