Brunei Darussalam is literally on the beginning of the 71st birthday of Sultan of Brunei from 1st up to 31st of the month. The capital and other towns in the country decorated with beautiful and colorful arches, billboards, and lights making the surrounding more lively and attractive.
The official news channel of Brunei stated that the capital has given a beautiful glance which adorned with the words which served as prayer and an expression of gratitude to Allah, “May Allah bestows longevity with faith and piety to His Majesty.”
That morning His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam signed the Guestbook and the he made a visit to the Commando Training Institute, Paris Ris Camp, in his official tour to Republic of Singapore.
Some officials informed, while giving interview to Bandar Seri Begawan News Channel, that “business premises display banners with portraits of His Majesty. The National Flags are hoisted on the buildings as well as private homes. The beautiful atmosphere is the fruition of the people’s deep affection and consolidated efforts in enlivening and glorifying the birthday anniversary of their beloved Monarch.”
The joy, excitement and anticipation are becoming more evident as people throughout the nation prepare for the important and happy occasion.
