Asian workers protested in UK when they were paid less than 13% of their actual salaries, according to spokesman, he said, “Our sweat money has been deducted without any reason,” on Tuesday 19th September 2017.

It is reported that workers mostly belong to Asia, Africa and ethnic group.

The reason given by the company was that most of them were paid more than the administrators, even they were senior than them.

According to the report, it is said that published data is transparent. The chairman of PwC said, “The more transparent we are with our diversity and social mobility data, the more we hold ourselves accountable to achieving real change.”

“We’re hoping that BAME pay reporting can do the same for tackling ethnicity challenges,” he said, “Its more challenging in a complex market.”

Furthermore, it would be challenge for both parties to overcome the current issue.

The data which had been provided would also explain the reason behind deduction of salary. It would help the firm to meet all challenges.
