Peace establishment of Russia in Syrian conflict builds trust between Iranian and Russian governments
Tehran: Russian government has built its trust in Syrian conflict by helping Iran in order to promote the atmosphere of peace in the region. According to official sources, an agreement of peace has been signed by both states’ leaders.
Earlier that week Russian President Vladimir Putin promoted the tri-lateral trade summit between Iran, Russian and Azerbaijan particularly in the completion of a rail link between North-South Transport Corridor, according to the state news agency of Iran.
According to the Reuters, “Cooperation in the Syrian conflict established trust between the governments and people of Russian and Iran.”
“The Russians have now come to realise that if they have a true partner in this part of the world, it is Iran,” said Mostafa Khosh Cheshm, a political analyst based in Tehran.
“Russia has revived its lost role,” Mr. Cheshm added, “Once it was the former Soviet Union. It decomposed, it collapsed, and it lost everything. Now it’s back on the stage. It’s rising as a regional power that is soon going to be one of the world powers again.”
However, both nations’ head had shown a keen interest on regional security and peace development.
