Indian actress faced sexual harassment on flight

New Delhi: The upcoming 17 years old shining star Zara Waseem accused a passenger in an airline named as “Air Vistara” who snapped her pictures with him and posted on social media when she was sleeping, the snaps went viral and condemned by people on facebook and instagram.

It should be acknowledged that Zara Waseem starred in Bollywood biggest film.

While giving interview to Zee News, she said, “I was molested on a flight between Delhi and Mumbai.”

She allegedly accused a middle aged man who repeatedly moved his foot up and down her neck and back while she was half-asleep.

She said, “I tried to film the man’s behaviour but it was too dark.”

The chairman of Air Vistara said, “I am carrying out a detailed investigation into the incident.”

Miss Waseem said, “I am sure of it. He kept nudging my shoulder and continued to move his foot up and down my back and neck,

“I blamed the turbulence at first, but was later woken by the man’s foot touching her neck.”

Miss Waseem shared a video after flight where she was visibly upset. She updated her status, “This is terrible. No one will help up if we don’t decide to help ourselves.”

She added that she would be rising superstar and awarded by the National Child Award for Exceptional Achievement earlier that year by India’s President Ram Nath Kovind.

The crew of Air Vistara apologized on such unethical act and told MCR, “Staff on the plane did not become aware of the incident until it was on its descent to Mumbai,

“We have zero tolerance for such behavior.”
